Josette helped me purchasing my first single family house in highly desired Altadena country club area. The property had multiple offers and multiple counters, but with Josette's guidance we can finally call this beautiful place home. Josette has a lot experience with the area, and she is extremely professional and detailed oriented. Her network of high quality inspectors, plumbers, contractors helped the buying process tremendously. I couldn't be happier with my new home.

Josette did a magnificent job representing my family home after my father passed away. From a pocket listing (we were clearing out a half century's worth of possessions), she brought in 4 potential buyers, and presented 3 offers, and several counter offers, and a final sale with a backup offer. Way to go! I highly recommend this go-getter!
Josette is the best of the best when it comes to realtors. She exceeded all my expectations and then some. She helped my family buy our first house. This was the house of my dreams but it would have been a nightmare after our first bank lender BofA dragged their feet then didn't approve us. She was very patient and remained positive. She negotiated with the seller and our new lender UnionBank to allow us more time to close. She kept on top of everything and facilitated the close in record time of 21 days. Without her diligence my family would have lost our dream home. If you want the best I suggest you stop looking and call her. I would recommend her to anyone.
We loved working with Josette on a condo purchase. She is so knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with, the process was easy. Even when we hit delays with our funding she was able to keep the seller and his agent happy and avoid us losing the property. She negotiated discounts we weren't even expecting and totally looked after the escrow process while we were aboard on vacation so we could enjoy ourselves and not be worrying about what was happening back here. Truly a lovely person and a great realtor...she will be our go to agent from now on.
Josette is an amazing realtor. This is our second home purchase with Josette and we plan on working with her in the future. She worked very hard to find us the right house. She wasn't ever pushing us in a direction that didn't make sense for our needs. We had a whole list of needs for both of our home purchases, and even with very little inventory on the market, she was able to find our houses. Josette was very patient with our changes along the way and kept reminding us that we would find the right place...and we did...both times! She really looks out for her clients best interests.
